Shanlinxi Tea Plantation is located in the Da An Village tea-growing region of Zhushan Township, Taiwan, at an average elevation of 1,800 meters. The higher the altitude where the tea plants grow, the lower the caffeine content. This area is shrouded in mist year-round, with significant temperature differences between day and night, abundant rainfall, and rich, unpolluted soil. Shanlinxi High Mountain Tea is especially renowned for its delicate fragrance, mellow taste, and its distinctive "mountain aroma"—a unique aroma that originates from the special environment in which the tea is grown.
